HC-FL-2 Automatic Scale: 3-in-1 solution for higher performance
The HC-FL-2 automatic double scale can be used in any situation where superior belt speeds and throughputs are required for individual products weighing up to 60 kg – ideally in the CEP sector. At conveying speeds of up to 2.9 m/s, the scale accurately determines the weight of up to 11,000 packages per hour.
The construction principle offers an increase in throughput of around 60% at the same speed compared to a single scale. The use of two individual scales enables very short distances between products.
The scales can also weigh during acceleration and deceleration phases, and on inclines. The use of a high-tech weighing cell from WIPOTEC, which operates according to the electromagnetic force compensation principle (EMFR), guarantees the best technology for outstanding weighing results.
